WHAT YOU GET

1 - THE PLAN
The very first thing we do is put a plan in place
so you have opportunities to overcome what has blocked you
from consistently moving forward with fitness, nutrition & stress management.

2 - THE TRAINING

You get access to our digital training portal
so you learn the routines that build the physical and mental strength
to stay healthy year-round. You also receive your own personal Playbook
where you can take notes and stay organized.

3 - THE COACHING

You get direct access to us for 12 months in live, weekly Zooms
while you implement your plan, dial in your routines and get the accountability
and support to reach your goals.

WHAT WE COVER

CLASS 1:

CHAMPION ACTIVATION

This is where you learn how to put on "mental armor" every morning so that nothing derails your commitment or motivation for fitness and nutrition. These concepts are required for you to sail through your work day and still have energy in the tank to exercise, create a decent meal and bring your best to your family. 
CLASS 2:

NOURISHMENT NAVIGATION

Next, you customize your meal plan with food you love so you're fueling your body for peak performance, releasing fat and maintaining muscle. Spoiler Alert: You will not go to bed hungry and we won't do anything extreme that messes with your hormones or your metabolism. Long-term sustainability is the priority.
CLASS 3:

MOVEMENT MASTERY

Here, we train your body to live with strength. You discover our gentle and fun Complete Workout that research has shown adds years to your life. You can do them at home, a park or the gym, with or without equipment. We give you 20-minute, 30-minute, 60-minute and 90-minute versions so you've always got options. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DOES "ONLINE FITNESS & NUTRITON" WORK?

After you register, you log into our training portal where you have access to video lessons.

In addition, we mail out your personal Playbook which arrives at your home (usually within 2-3 business days).

You can log into our website any day of the week, any time of day and click to watch the training videos while taking notes and writing your customizations in your Playbook.

Then you take action in your kitchen, the gym or a park if you prefer exercising outdoors. 

If you join Strength Academy, you also have access to us via Zoom for weekly accountability and discussion. You upload assignments as photos or documents or videos so that we have eyes on you in your world. 

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

To strengthen your commitment and motivation for fitness and nutrition, all you need is a pen and your personal Playbook so you can write your answers to the questions that activate your "Champion" energy and prevent daily stress from derailing your intentions.

To ensure you're eating enough food to be fueled for peak performance, we recommend you have a kitchen scale. This way, you're gaining awareness about how much food you can eat and still lose fat while maintaining muscle. The good news is when our clients are getting enough physical activity, they tend to eat a lot more than they used to think was "ok" (and there's room for treats, too!) Remember: The scale isn't there to restrict or punish! It's there to reassure you that your choices are safe while you establish a new comfort zone and routines.

To workout and exercise, you have a lot of options. We always encourage you to have a gym membership because it gives you access to the greatest amount of equipment that keeps things fun. However, we also guide you through workouts that you can do at home, in a park or while you're travelling and those don't require special equipment (just your bodyweight). If you have any specific questions about this, please reach out and ask us!

To track your progress, we also encourage you to have the following devices:
  • a smart watch (like an Apple Watch or FitBit) because it monitors your sleep quality and your daily activity levels, which is essential to keep an eye on because it makes it much easier to how much food is actually "safe" to eat when you're at home and travelling
  • a Hume Body Pod identifies your muscle mass and body fat (both subcutaneous and visceral fat) so it makes it easy to rapidly identify if your meal plan is actually fueling you or not and make adjustments, as needed for your evolving goals
  • a Morpheus "M7" chest strap heart rate monitor because it customizes your daily Heart Rate Zones based on your real-time bio-feedback and makes it easy for you to improve your cardiovascular health without straining or pushing yourself too far

Strength Academy is our all-in-one experience that guides you through all of our courses while providing feedback and accountability along the way. 

Our course that stops procrastination and stress from derailing your health goals is called Champion Activation. It teaches you to put on "mental armor" and improve your natural levels of energy and discipline so that it's easier to stay committed. 

Our course that teaches you to identify your "Sweet Spot Numbers" (your personalized targets for calories and macro percentages)... and how to ultimately develop the skills that let you stop counting calories constantly is called Nourishment Navigation.

Our course that teaches our "Complete Workout" (a life-extending and energy-generating combination of gentle dynamic warm up, strength training and cardiovascular activities) is called Movement Mastery.
