These Terms & Conditions govern your use of all Champion In Command services, including Digital Training, Weekly Calls, and SMS communications.
By purchasing or using any part of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age OR have obtained necessary consent from a parent or guardian. By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
1.3 Health & Safety Disclaimer
Your safety is our top priority. While using our fitness routines, nutrition guidance, or mindset strategies, you must listen to your body and use your best judgment. If you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or injury while performing any recommended activity, stop immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional. Champion In Command is not responsible for any injuries or adverse effects resulting from your participation. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or mental health routines.

1.5 Technical Support & Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to program materials due to potential technical issues or scheduled maintenance. For technical support, contact team@championincommand.com

1.7 Intellectual Property Enforcement

2. DIGITAL TRAINING TERMS
You accept these Terms by accessing "The Fit System" Digital Training, including any combination of:
- Champion Activation
- Nourishment Navigation
- Movement Mastery
2.2 Pricing & Availability
We make every effort to ensure price and availability accuracy, but cannot guarantee this. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
2.3 Account Access & Duration
When you register for Digital Training, you gain access to homebase.championincommand.com using the email address you provide at registration.
You have 3 years from registration date to access the Training.
At the end of 3 years, if you do not renew, all access expires.
If paying in installments, you must complete all payments to maintain portal access. Accounts are deactivated if payments are not made within 30 days. Contact team@championincommand.com if experiencing financial challenges to discuss pausing your account.
2.5 Refunds & Cancellation
We honor the FTC "Cooling Off Rule" with a 3-day grace period for initial registration cancellation.
You may cancel within 3 days of registration for a full refund by contacting team@championincommand.com.
If you cancel during this period, access to all Digital Training materials and any bonus materials will be immediately revoked.
After the 3-day grace period, there are no refunds or cancellations. All sales are final.
2.6 Copyright & Trademark
This site is owned by Connection In Command, LLC (DBA Champion In Command) for personal, non-commercial use only. All Digital Training and Playbook content copyright is held by Craig Gobroski.
No downloading, copying, reproducing, or republishing is permitted without authorization.
"The Fit System" is a trademark of Connection In Command, LLC (registration pending). Unauthorized use of trademarks is prohibited.

2.7 Digital Training Limitation of Liability
Our Digital Training is for educational purposes only, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, nutritional, or fitness advice. Always consult qualified professionals. You take full responsibility for using these tools. Results vary based on individual circumstances.
Nourishment Navigation alcohol recommendations are for individuals 21+ and must comply with applicable laws. We don't encourage alcohol consumption and emphasize moderation and responsibility.
2.8 Digital Training Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Champion In Command from claims arising from:
- Your use or misuse of services
- Breach of Terms or applicable laws
- Injuries from recommended activities
- Third-party claims from your actions
This doesn't apply to our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
2.9 Digital Training Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your Digital Training access anytime, with or without cause, upon notice. Prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion.
Live Zoom Call access requires timely monthly subscription payments. Missed or declined payments may result in suspended access until account is current.
Call recordings are available for 30 days, then permanently deleted for confidentiality. Only Champion In Command may record calls - external recording tools (Otter.ai, Fathom, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
3.2 Weekly Calls Refunds & Cancellation
Subscriptions are month-to-month with automatic renewal.
You'll receive email reminders 7 days before renewal.
Cancel anytime before your card is charged.
After charging, there are NO refunds or prorated refunds - all sales final. After cancellation, continue attending calls until renewal date expires.
3.3 Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation
By participating, you agree to:
- Program Materials: All materials are Champion In Command's exclusive property for personal use only - no copying, sharing, or use for competing services.
- Group Privacy: Respect all participants' privacy. Don't share others' stories, experiences, or personal details outside the program without explicit consent.
- Respectful Environment: Foster supportive, respectful interactions recognizing program success depends on trust and mutual respect.
- Non-Solicitation: During participation and for 2 years after, you won't directly or indirectly solicit our clients, customers, employees, or contractors.
We may cancel your access without refund for violating these terms or disruptive behavior.
3.4 Weekly Calls Limitation of Liability
Weekly Calls provide guidance but aren't substitutes for professional medical advice. You participate at your own risk and must consult healthcare providers before significant changes.
You agree to indemnify Champion In Command from claims arising from:
- Your program participation, including injuries or adverse reactions
- Failure to follow program instructions
- Violation of laws or regulations
- Misuse of program materials or intellectual property
3.5 Weekly Calls Termination
We may terminate your Weekly Calls access anytime, with or without cause, upon notice. No refunds will be provided for termination.
4. SMS & COMMUNICATION TERMS
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive automated marketing text messages from Champion In Command at the number provided. Consent is not required for purchase.
4.2 Message Frequency & Content
Message frequency varies but may include promotional offers, program updates, reminders, and educational content. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, but frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier regarding your text messaging plan. You are responsible for all charges from your mobile carrier related to text messages.
Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of future messages. You may also contact us at team@championincommand.com to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
For SMS support, reply HELP to any message or contact team@championincommand.com
We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 13 years or older to receive text messages. If under 18, parental consent is required.
We may modify these SMS terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
Your mobile number and related information will be used according to this Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy.
5. ADDITIONAL LEGAL PROVISIONS
Champion In Command shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, wars, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Phoenix, Arizona, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.
5.4 Automatic Renewal & Cancellation Rights
For all subscription services (including Weekly Calls), you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- You will be charged the then-current subscription fee
- You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle by contacting team@championincommand.com
- Weekly Calls subscriptions do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of the subscription period
5.5 California Consumer Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other California laws. For information about your privacy rights and how we collect, use, and share your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
